We stock Shell Lubricants . We are MTA members, and your Local Tyre Team members, specialising in Kumho Tyres We are also a Flybuys retailer.

We use good quality plant and equipment, and regularly retrain staff.

Our Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

and 8am to 12 on Saturdays for WOFs only

SEAN CORBETT

(Cheeky looking lad!)

The Burnside Motors team is headed by Sean Corbett.

Sean comes to us after leaving Murray Costello Cars where he was parts and Service Manager.

If he promises your car will be finished, it will be finished. He wont forget!!!

He has experience in Ssanyong Lada and many European Vehicles, as well as all the japanese models we repair daily.

ROSS BUCKLAND (Likes Merv Hughes)

Also in the team is Ross Buckland. He runs our new Wheel Alignment Bay and Tyre Bay, and does a lot of servicing. See him for a great deal on quality tyres, or a great Wheel Alignment

ALLAN CALDER (The practical joker)

Allan joined us during October. We needed to upsize our staff roster as the monthly thruput increases. He is a very experienced mechanic. He was also the owner of Allans Tyre and Auto in the area from '97 to 2006 A keen hunting, shooting, fishing and diving man.

KRISTY DRAKE

(On Maternity Leave) Due 10 December, but had her little girl 7 weeks early. 4lb 10 oz Named Billy Susan. She spent 3 weeks in the prem unit at Christchurch woman’s hospital.

Kristy is the longest serving member of the team now. She is well skilled in the use of the computer scanner. She is one of only a few female technicians. She is a quick learner and a pleasure to work with. She came out of her time as an apprentice in 2007. She also has her WOF license. You may also see her strapping up the Riccarton Knights League team on a Saturday afternoon, during the game. AND she is also the one who eats the most pavalova that Donna makes for all the workshop team.

Our Hours of trade are 8 to 5 Monday to Friday for all repairs and servicing.

We are also open Saturday mornings if you need to visit for a WOF.
